Terrible Support

I was super excited to see this app come across Product Hunt as I was looking for an Instagram desktop client. Once installed I was pleased by the interface and was pretty easy to navigate. I went to upload a photo though and the entire app crashed. I decided to pay the $9.99 in app upgrade purchase thinking that would a) fix the issue and b) that maybe uploading (or unlimited uploading) was only allowed with the PRO version. The app still continued to crash everytime I tried to upload an image. I sent in the report that prompted me everytime I re-opened and then sent an e-mail to their support line. I still haven’t heard from them (this was the morning of June 4, ’16).

I probably wouldn’t even write a review like this except I rarely spend $9.99 on an app and when I do I expect it to work flawlessly, or at the very least be timely in their response.
